Week 2:St. Louis Rams @ Washington Redskins

SUNDAY IS HERE!! After you come out of Mass or Sunday service, after you come from brunch or even just roll out of bed, you know its-FOOTBALL TIME!  Here what I am looking for from top to bottom as our Skins take on the St. Louis Lambs:

St. Louis Rams: Blue Jerseys and White Pants

Washington Redskins: White Jerseys and Burgundy Pants

Coin Toss: Rams Call Tails, loose the toss, Skins take kick

1st Quarter:

Skins punt first possession(5 and out); Rams drive easily to the 9 yard line of the Skins and settle for FG; Skins put together a good series highlighted by a 40 yard run by CP and score a TD (JC to CC 15yrdTD and PAT is good)

7-3 Skins

2nd Quarter

Rams go 3 and out-punt; ARE returns it to Skin’s 40 yard line;JC to Kelly 30 yard pass and stall within Ram’s redzone and settle for FG; Rams take KO drive to Skins’ 45 yard line-PUNT leads to Touchback;Skins drive 80 yards TD pass (JC to CC 20 yard TD-PAT is good)

3rd Quarter

Rams have an efficient drive score on a Steven Jackson run(PAT is good); RC returns KO to 35 yard line; JC sacked (3 and out punt); Ram return to Skins’ 45 yard line; Marc Bulger throws pick to Chris Horton returns 30 yards skins have ball on 50 yard line; JC to Moss 30 yard pass-later on in the drive CP Scores 1 yard out

4th Quarter

Rams start off go 3 and Out; Skins have ball from 12:00 down to the 6:30 mark score on a QB sneak by JC(PAT is good) Rams now down 31-10; Rams run hurry up offense, score in less than 3 minutes. Trail 31-17. Skins take KO, 3 and out Rams’ Ball with 2:00 mins. Skins Stop drive, kneel down for win.
