Campbell to St. Louis, Bradford to the Skins?
February 24th, 2010 | by Ryan John Estorninos |Randomly browsing for headlines, I found this blurb from Statesman.com
There are rumors that the St. Louis Rams are interested in getting Jason Campbell from the Washington Redskins. The thought of Sam Bradford ending up a ‘Skin is looking more and more likely.
If you read my blog, you would have noticed that I took Russell Okung, OT from Oklahomoa St. That is a pick I stand by. If St. Louis is in rebuilding and possibly getting a new owner, I would think they would be more interested in grabbing a quarterback than would the Skins. There was one way to find out. I asked the RAMSHERD.com what they thought. Here is what Will said:
@ramsherd: RT@ryanjohnxxi It’s a possibility, but really it’s only been bloggers talking it up. Haven’t seen any real suggestion that STL wants Campbell
@ramsherd: RT@ryanjohnxxi Pluses for Rams – Campbell plays in a similar style offense, and Skins are likely to make him available, cheaper than Vick.
@ramsherd: RT@ryanjohnxxi Minuses for Rams – Campbell isn’t very good, and Rams have already passed on Ryan, Sanchez in last 2 drafts.
There you have it. The blogosphere will be in full effect making stuff up, and going with the whims of news wire.

Campbell isnt very good! Come on! he had a QB rating of nearly 90, 3500 yards passing and all that behind a terrible offensive line and very mediocre receiver production! Jason going to the Rams would be a mistake because the Skins need OL help not QB help! Drafting A QB and not resigning Campbell is a waste of time and effort by the Redskin organization!

I agree! Don’t kill the messenger. I think when it comes to QB, you must always look to upgrade. And I don’t believe that is accomplished should they draft a QB. Just my opinion. Thanks for the comment!

Why whould you get rid of Campbell??? He has been in the worst situation of any QB in the league. He’s had no consistent offense, no line, no notable recievers, a doofus for a coach(Zorn, not Gibbs) and has still performed. Tom Brady couldn’t do anything with the line Jason Campbell has had.
